Cuaba

Cuaba is a fairly new brand, introduced to the market in 1996. It represents cigars of a medium to full strength in a double figurado shape using tobacco sourced from the premium Vuelta Abajo region.
The particular shape of double figurado pays homage to the shape used in all Cuban cigars back in 19th century, forgotten over the years as parejo (straight sided) cigars ruled the market. The word Cuaba is taken from the old Taino Indian language and it was used to describe the highly combustible bush which the Indians used to light their bunches of tobacco, known as Cohibas.
Unsual, rich and sophisticated – a Cuaba is a must try cigar.
